Hotkeys

This is the list of hotkeys available in Xpiks for Windows and Linux (for Mac you just replace Ctrl with Cmd).

Main window

  • Ctrl + Q - Quit App
  • Ctrl + O - Open files
  • Ctrl + E - Edit selected artworks in batch mode (you have to select first). In case of a single file, opens single editing view.
  • Shift + Ctrl + E - Edit selected artworks in batch mode, even for a single file
  • Ctrl + S - Save selected artworks
  • Ctrl + Del - Remove selected artworks
  • Shift + Ctrl + F - Find and Replace
  • Shift + Ctrl + U - Upload selected artworks
  • Page Up/Down - Move to next/previous file, preserving current active field (e.g. if focus was in Title, it will stay in Title of next/previous file)
  • Ctrl + Up/Down - Move to next/previous file (same as above)

Single editing view

  • Ctrl + Up/Down - move to left/right artwork
  • Page Up/Down - move to left/right artwork (same as above)
  • Ctrl + Alt + Arrow Left/Right - move to left/right artwork (legacy)
  • Ctrl + mouse wheel - zoom preview in/out

Keywords editing

  • Ctrl + Space - invoke autocomplete
  • Shift + Ctrl + T - Edit as plain text (and then Ctrl+Enter saves edits)
